Get clear on what experiences, feelings, products and results you are promising your customers. Learn why it is important to have your full team on the same page and fulfilling your big promise daily.

Determine the QBR (Queen Bee Role)

Your studio will have a set QBR and each team member has a primary role. This is the one key activity that everyone is responsible for, that serves or protects your big promise. It is what keeps your business moving forward with integrity. We will dial in on these together.

Have your team join you
