FAQs

Will my studio be Clockworked at the end of the 6 months?

No. But, you will have done the heavy lifting by the end of 6 months. You will have learned all the concepts and we will leave you with a personalized action plan to get to your Clockwork goals.

How long does it take to Clockwork a business?

Typically it will take anywhere from 12-24 months to get Clockwork implemented in a business. That will depend on where you are when you start as well as your goals. After that, you will be in maintenance mode to retain your newly Clockworked systems.

What will we do in the group coaching sessions?

The group coaching sessions will be a combination of workshopping participants work from the past two weeks, question period, and introducing the next concept.

Can my team come too?

Yes! We are keeping the groups small so that your team can come and things won't feel too crowded.

Your team is also welcome on any 1:1 sessions. Bring the people that will help you implement Clockwork in your studio.

What will we do in the 1:1 coaching sessions?

The 1:1 coaching sessions can be tailored to you and your studio. We have a framework for working through the Clockwork material, but we can customize your experience anyway that works for you.

Who will be my Clockwork coach?

Briar will be the primary Clockwork Certified Partner™ for the group programs and Lia will be the primary coach for the 1:1 programs. But we will mix it up from time to time! While we've both gone through the same training, we can come at things a little differently, so we want to give you the chance to work with both of us once or twice just to get a different perspective. You will always have one coach as your main person however. This will allow us to truly get to know you and your studio over the course of the 6 months.
